Pivot Gear Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please return it for a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt.

To return your item(s) please:

1. (by email). Returns will not be accepted without one. Make sure to include your order number and the item number for the product(s) you wish to return. You will receive an RMA Number with instructions within 1 business day.
2. Return it in brand new condition, complete with original packaging and tags attached.
3. Use a recognized shipper (preferably FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS), preferably one that provides tracking information. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Note: Your return may be refused, even if unused with tags attached, if the product has been exposed to cigarette smoke. Our store mascot has a keen nose for it.

Closeouts and “All Sales Final”

Closeout and “all sales final” cannot be refunded. These items will be noted on the web site prior to purchase.

If your product develops a problem over time that you feel is covered under warranty please contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
