How Long Will It Take To Get Your Order?

| Orders placed after 3 PM Central time may ship the next day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day. We cannot ship on holidays. |

Ground Shipping - Business vs. Home Delivery
When entering your shipping address, make sure to complete the "Company Name" field if shipping to a business address.
Why? For ground shipping, FedEx Ground® delivers to business addresses Monday through Friday, whereas FedEx Home Delivery® delivers to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at the beginning of the checkout process in real-time from FedEx and are based on shipping weight, package dimensions and zip code destination.
Order Confirmations & Shipping Notifications
You will receive an email order confirmation and a notification when your order ships. If you are concerned that you never received a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam/junk mail.
International Shipping
At this time it is only possible to place online orders shipping to the United States. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us to place your order.
Shipping Claims
We ship exclusively through recognized parcel carriers, specifically FedEx. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, we will be happy to assist in preparing claims.
